With "2020 RESET" approaching... now seems like a good time to think about certain important things that you may have not gotten around to at the beginning of the year.
Staff expectations / agreements for instance. Here is an example of one that I use for my studio (which I never got around to implementing this year, but now have the opportunity to do so non-awkwardly when we "RESET" for our reopening.) This one isn't set up to be an official legal contract as such - but has a purpose more for clarifying the role, setting up expectations (on both sides), and establishing some rules. I like the simplicity and slight informality of it - which suits me well.
