Is this directly going to increase profits? or... Is this going to add value and help create a better experience for my customers? or... Is this task going to improve efficiency for myself and my team long-term moving forward? or... Is this task urgent and/or crucial to my business staying open? If it fits one of those 5 criteria then

If not, is it just "busy work"?

Then the secondary question that needs to be asked after the above questions... "Am I really the best person to be doing this right now?"

Perhaps it's delegatable and doing so will avail you to do something even more valuable? Perhaps you have someone on your team who could do it better, or with more detail? Perhaps it's better off in the hands of a specialist?
